The online Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with Healthcare Administration specialization at Indiana Wesleyan University can help you qualify for leadership and management roles in the rapidly growing field of healthcare. At IWU, you can become a strategic thinker who makes ethical decisions rooted in Christian values. This DBA healthcare program can be completed in as few as three years, with only one required weekend residency per year.
As a Christian university, we teach students how to integrate their Christian faith into their career decisions. We also offer a full spectrum of student services, including tutoring, tech support, and guidance from full-time chaplains. Our Christian faculty teach from the same biblical worldview valued on our campus, so that students can implement these principles in a fulfilling career. IWU’s approach to online learning utilizes the latest technology and provides the same high-quality, accredited education students expect from a campus-based experience. Plus, we lock in the rate of your tuition once you begin the program. This eliminates the worry of unexpected rate increases after you start learning.
With a practice-oriented approach to coursework, students can enter leadership roles with the confidence and skills to succeed. Course topics focus on economic analysis, virtuous leadership, global issues, and foundations of doctoral research. As a result of your DBA healthcare studies, you should be able to inject a virtuous, Christian worldview into your personal and professional life. This degree program does not include a dissertation for completion. Instead, students complete a hands-on doctoral project that reflects their ability to solve real-world organizational challenges.
