Aubrey Monson, MSN, CNM, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing in the Division of Pre-Licensure Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University in Saint Paul in 2011 and returned to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nurse-Midwifery in 2020.

Aubrey’s clinical background spans a variety of specialties, including sub-acute rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, and labor and delivery. When she is not teaching, she also currently practices as a certified nurse-midwife, providing holistic and compassionate care to women and families.

With a passion for educating the next generation of nurses, Aubrey strives to inspire her students to combine clinical excellence with empathy, integrity, and faith-driven service.
