Female Residence Hall

A Community Built on Connection

Reed Hall opened in the fall of 1999 and has served as both a women’s and men’s hall in its lifetime. Reed has been a female hall again since 2010 and is currently home to 200+ women.

Since it is a traditional hall housing freshmen through seniors, Reed women benefit from the informal mentoring and peer support that can happen when students at every stage in their college experience share life and learning together.

Reed Hall is home to more than 200 women from freshman through senior year, creating a vibrant residential community where students build meaningful relationships across class years. The integrated housing model encourages mentorship, friendship, and personal growth, fostering a strong sense of belonging throughout the college experience.

Residents enjoy suite-style living with two- and three-person rooms connected by a shared living space and a full on-suite bathroom, providing a balance of community-centered living and everyday comfort.

Reed Hall offers a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere where students can build lasting friendships and grow alongside one another. Its suite-style layout, shared gathering spaces, and strong tradition of community create an environment that encourages connection, support, and meaningful experiences throughout every stage of college life.
