IWU graduate students with a residential need to be on campus are eligible to apply for housing in the North Townhouses!
Rolling admission and availability! Different graduate programs end and begin at different times, so our spaces fill up at different times. Apartments are able to be occupied year-round for the duration of your enrollment, meaning you don't have to move out for holiday breaks or summer! However, if you graduate or leave your program, you must schedule a check-out.
